Queens Studios is a beautifully converted former Victorian warehouse in Queens Park, LOndon. Fluid was approached by the property manager to provide rental furniture for one of the units to help it let. We used our Fluid Ready model to provide a fully furnished and dressed workspace that has now been successfully let to an incoming tenant.

Queens Studios is a converted Victorian warehouse in Queen's Park, London, offering distinctive workspace with character and charm.
The property manager wanted to improve the appeal of one of the available units and help prospective tenants visualise how the space could work for their business. Rather than leaving the office empty, the decision was made to introduce a fully furnished and dressed workplace environment through Fluid's Fluid Ready model.

The fully dressed environment removed much of the uncertainty often associated with viewing vacant space and allowed prospective occupiers to immediately understand how the office could support different ways of working.
