Battenhall acquired an additional unit at Workspace Group's Exmouth House to support its growing team and provide additional workspace capacity.

As the new space was secured on a short-term lease, the business wanted to avoid the significant upfront cost and long-term commitment associated with purchasing furniture outright. At the same time, the workplace still needed to deliver the same quality, functionality and employee experience as a permanent office.

Fluid was appointed to provide a complete furniture rental solution for the 4,700 sq ft workspace, developing a carefully curated scheme that balanced collaboration, privacy and flexibility.

The new environment includes a variety of settings designed to support different ways of working, including soft seating areas, meeting spaces, collaborative zones and acoustic booths for focused work and confidential conversations.
