We worked alongside design and fit-out partners Zentura to deliver the flexible furniture package for their refurbished Mayfair offices, including our unique FluidSpace Flex furniture rental scheme.

The Project

Due to hybrid working, Campbell Lutyens’s Mayfair office no longer suited their requirements. Continued growth had caused overcrowding and a workspace that was uninspiring for the workforce. A redesign was required to enable collaboration and further expansion, however, their existing lease expired in less than 2 years, so they were reluctant to carry out a full refurbishment. They needed a flexible solution that enabled both short and long-term growth.

We worked with design and fit-out partner Zentura to analyse how Campbell Lutyens’s office could be best designed to suit their company objectives. The final design brought Campbell Lutyens’s vision to life, creating an open-plan layout that prevented siloed working but utilising office pods and booths to create quiet spaces for quiet working.

The additional space on the fourth floor allows a more spacious design and facilitates further staff growth. The furniture-centric design reduced the need for disruptive build-out works and increases the flexibility of the design. This project was a pioneer for our FluidSpace Flex furniture rental scheme, providing Campbell Lutyens with the ability to trial different ways of working without the capital expenditure.

To minimise disruption, the furniture installation was completed out in two phases. First, the new fourth floor was fitted out, followed by the second floor. This allowed all Campbell Lutyens staff to continue working for the duration of the project.

The renovated workspace enables growth, encourages collaboration, and promotes wellbeing. Campbell Lutyens have provided their staff with the platform they need to improve company performance.
