AIM Commercial Cleaning is a family operated business based in Greater London. With a team in excess of 1,000 dedicated staff, they deliver daily cleaning services to clients in every business sector throughout the UK.
Following a devastating fire at their premises, AIM needed a fast and practical solution to keep their business operating while their offices went through the insurance and refurbishment process. Fluid first provided rental furniture for a temporary workspace before supporting the full redesign of their newly refurbished office.
The result is a 3,500 sq ft workspace that not only allowed AIM to maintain operations during disruption but now provides a more welcoming and productive office environment for their team.
The Project: From Temporary Workspace To A More Productive Office
Following a devastating fire in their premises, AIM approached Fluid to provide rental furniture for their temporary office space while they negotiated the insurance process to refurbish their offices.
Providing rental furniture ensured AIM could continue operating during this challenging period, avoiding delays while their permanent workspace was being restored.
Once the refurbishment process began, AIM asked Fluid to assist with the full redesign of their office space to better reflect their brand identity and support new ways of working.
Fluid worked closely with AIM's management team to develop a detailed brief before delivering a full interior design scheme alongside a furniture consultancy and procurement package.
New furniture was introduced throughout the workspace, including fixed desking and storage, breakout furniture, privacy booths and meeting furniture designed to support both collaborative and focused work.
The redesigned office now provides a warm and welcoming environment for employees while also creating a more professional space for meetings with clients and suppliers.
The transformation has helped create a workspace that supports daily operations more effectively while improving the overall experience for staff and visitors.
