Is there a minimum rental term?
We offer a Fully Flexible option with no minimum term, just a 90-day notice period. Or we offer fixed term contracts from 12 months to 60 months, depending on what suits you best.
What happens after the minimum term term is up?
After your minimum period is up, you have 3 options:

If the pods are no longer required, you can return them. All you have to do is let us know, no less than 30 days (90 days on a Fully Flex contract) before the expiry of the contract, and we will collect them from your workplace.

You can continue to rent. The term will automatically renew for the same length term, up to a maximum of 12 months, unless you tell us otherwise, no less than 30 days before the expiry of the contract.

You can purchase the pods from us. Simply let us know which pods you'd like to buy and we will provide you with the purchase cost.
Can we buy the pods if we decide we want to keep them?
Absolutely! At any time during the contract period, you have the option to purchase the pods. If you let us know what ones you would like to keep, we will then provide a quote for you to buy them from us.
Do you offer pods for immediate need or short-term projects?
Yes! We maintain a selection of pods available for fast-track delivery, ideal for urgent or temporary needs. Just let us know your deadline, and we'll do our best to meet it.
Who is eligible for office pod rental?
We provide our pod rental service to organisations of all sizes across the UK and Ireland, including landlords, real estate companies, serviced office companies and tenant occupiers. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to residential addresses.
What happens if we move offices during our rental period?
We can assist you with relocating both the pods and any other furniture into your new offices and can even provide storage facilities for any other items that you need to relocate. We will provide you with a quotation to disassemble the pods, relocate to your new office and reassemble as required. Please note that this is not included within the rental contract price.
How does payment work?
Payment is via monthly Direct Debit, quarterly invoice or up front payment. The delivery and installation charge will be taken separately up front - this depends on the quantity of pods to install and the location of your offices. The first monthly payment is taken up front and then on the same day of each month, starting from the month after delivery.
Can I cancel before my contract is up?
The rental contract can be cancelled at any time, however you will need to pay a break penalty fee dependant on how long you have left on your contract.
Are the pods brand new?
Our furniture rental model is a circular service, so if you rent an item of furniture it will not necessarily be brand new. We aim for all furniture to be 'like-new' with only slight signs of usage. Any damaged items are repaired before being sent out on rental so they will always be fit for purpose.
How long is the lead time for pod delivery?
Our typical delivery and installation lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on stock and your location. We’ll provide a clear timeframe when you place your order.
