Cairo Studios is situated in East London's vibrant "Tech City" hub near Old Street. The building is steeped in media history, once serving as the production headquarters for the famous 1980s satirical puppet show Spitting Image. We worked with the landlord to curate and provide a furniture solution on one of the floors to make it more attractive to inconing tenants - all furniture including full dressing package.

The landlord wanted to improve the appeal of one of the available floors by transforming it into a fully furnished and dressed environment that would help prospective tenants visualise how the space could support their business.

Fluid was appointed to provide a complete furniture procurement solution across the 1,950 sq ft floor, curating and installing all furniture, breakout settings and styling elements to create a welcoming and move-in-ready workplace.

The carefully considered scheme introduced a variety of work settings that demonstrate how the space can support collaboration, focused work and informal interaction, helping remove the uncertainty that often comes with viewing empty office space.
