Transformed a decade-old workspace into a modern office

Delivered new furniture across a 5,500 sq ft fit-out

Improved comfort and functionality for employees and visitors
Music Theatre International is one of the world’s leading theatrical agencies, with offices located in Fitzrovia, West London.
Fluid worked alongside fit-out partner Zentura to furnish the refurbishment of MTI’s office, transforming a workspace that had not been updated for over a decade into a modern and welcoming environment.
The project introduced new loose and fitted furniture across the 5,500 sq ft office, creating a workspace that improves comfort, functionality and overall workplace experience for employees and visitors.
The Project: Refreshing A Decade Old Workspace With Modern Furniture Solutions
MTI’s building had become increasingly tired after more than ten years without refurbishment. The organisation wanted to revitalise the workspace and create an office environment that better reflected the creativity and professionalism of their business.
Working alongside Zentura, Fluid delivered a full furniture consultancy and procurement package for the project, supplying both loose and fitted furniture across the building.
Within the open-plan workspace, new office desks and task chairs were installed to provide improved comfort and functionality for employees.
Height-adjustable executive desks were introduced within the cellular offices, offering greater flexibility and encouraging healthier working habits.
Breakout furniture and soft furnishings were incorporated throughout the office to create informal spaces where employees can collaborate, relax or step away from their desks.
Several bespoke furniture pieces were also designed and supplied to meet specific requirements within the workspace.
Together, these elements helped transform the office into a more modern and comfortable environment that supports both day-to-day work and collaboration.
