Blinkhorns are a London based accountancy practice offering taxation, finance, accountancy and business advice to a wide range of clients, from corporate organisations and property investors to individuals and companies in the entertainment industry.
Fluid worked closely with Blinkhorns during the refurbishment of their 7,000 sq ft workspace, delivering a furniture consultancy and procurement package designed to improve both the employee experience and the environment for meeting clients.
The result is a modern office that introduces improved meeting environments, informal collaboration areas and a welcoming reception space that creates a strong first impression for visitors.

The Project: Creating Meeting Spaces And Informal Collaboration Areas

Fluid worked closely with Blinkhorns to develop a furniture strategy that would support both day-to-day work and client interaction throughout the office.
A full furniture consultancy and procurement package was delivered, including both loose and fitted furniture across the workspace.

Meeting rooms were fitted with new furniture designed to provide comfortable and professional environments for discussions with clients and colleagues. Particular attention was given to cable management to ensure meeting spaces remain organised and practical for modern working requirements.
Breakout areas were introduced to create informal spaces where employees can collaborate or hold smaller meetings away from their desks. These areas include fitted booth seating designed to support relaxed conversations and team discussions.

Café-style seating was also introduced within the kitchen space, giving staff a comfortable area for informal meetings and everyday interaction.
The reception area was upgraded with high-quality seating and a new reception desk designed to create a welcoming first impression for visitors and clients.

All furniture was procured, delivered and installed as part of the wider project programme, ensuring a smooth and coordinated delivery process.
