BE Offices are an award-winning serviced office operator with nearly 700,000 sq ft of workspace across the UK.
Fluid delivered the loose and fitted furniture packages for the refurbishment of their co-working space at 150 Minories in Aldgate, London. The project helped transform the workspace into a welcoming and modern environment designed to improve the experience for members and visitors.
The redesigned 6,000 sq ft workspace introduces collaborative working areas, social breakout spaces and bespoke elements that create a more engaging co-working destination.
The Project: Designing A Flexible And Comfortable Co-Working Environment
When BE Offices decided to refurbish their co-working space in Aldgate, the goal was to create a workspace that felt welcoming, comfortable and aligned with the expectations of modern flexible office users.
Fluid worked alongside design and build partner Zentura and architects Tilt Studio to deliver both the loose and fitted furniture packages for the project.
A variety of furniture settings were introduced throughout the space to support different styles of working and interaction.
Soft breakout seating was installed in the coffee bar area, creating a relaxed social hub where members can meet, work informally or take a break during the day.
High-quality co-working tables and chairs were also introduced across the workspace to support individual work, collaboration and informal meetings.
To complete the space, bespoke elements including a custom reception desk and coffee bar were designed and supplied. These features help establish a welcoming first impression for visitors while reinforcing the modern aesthetic of the workspace.
The completed project now provides BE Offices with a refined and comfortable co-working environment that supports collaboration, flexibility and everyday interaction between members.
