ASL International is a London based multi-disciplinary loss adjusting and forensic accounting practice. Working alongside design & build firm Zentura, we sourced, supplied and installed the complete furniture package for their new London headquarters.
One of the strategic reasons for ASL International's decision to relocate to new offices was to create a modern workspace for their staff that would also cater for the future growth plans of the company. By moving to a more agile way of working, they could reduce workstation footprint and overall floorplate space whilst still increasing the capacity of their previous workspace.
Working closely with the client management team and the Zentura design team, we specified the complete loose furniture package. ASL were keen to move away from the typical "accountants" feel and wanted to inject some vibrancy into the space, so the furniture was specified in a bold colour palette to fit in with the overall design scheme.
Bench workstations were fitted along with high specification task seating in the open-plan office area, whilst the individual offices were fitted with a system desking to maximise the storage space. Comfort and style were key to the client meeting areas, whilst collaborative benches and stools were installed in the breakout area to give employees a space to meet away from their workstations.
Working to a tight project programme to ensure that ASL could move in on time was challenging enough until the Covid-19 lockdown meant potential severe delays to manufacturers lead-times. However, due to an element of good fortune and some excellent planning from the Operations team meant that all the critical furniture was installed ahead of schedule, allowing the original move date to proceed smoothly and with some very satisfied clients!
