Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Items listed as in-stock on our website are returnable under the Distance and Selling Regulations (2014)

You must notify us that you want to return the item within 14 days of receiving the goods from Fluid.

Our refund policy does not apply to custom-made items, which cannot be returned unless faulty.

We offer a 24 hour grace period to cancel upon placing your order for a custom-made product on our online store.

​

Any cancellations for custom-made items on our website after the 24 hour grace period will be subject to a cancellation fee as it will be unlikely that we will be able to resell the item — To cancel an order please call 020 3916 5005

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

The buyer shall unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until receipt of the goods at Fluid.
