In a Meeting

Brief.

The key to any successful project, we will assist in compiling a clear and concise brief that covers your current and future requirements and takes into consideration current workplace strategies.

Calculator

Budget.

We will work closely with your team and key stakeholders to determine an accurate and realistic budget to deliver your project from start to finish.

Selection.

Based on the brief and the budget, we will select a range of office furniture options to suit.  This stage also involves tours of office furniture showrooms to ensure the furniture is the best fit for you.

Finishes.

Working closely with you and the design team, we carefully select the finishes for each and every piece of office furniture to make sure you are fully happy with the final selection.

Order.

Once the furniture has been agreed, we place the orders directly with the selected furniture manufacturers to ensure we hit project deadlines.  Typical lead times are between 2 -10 weeks, depending upon suppliers.

Installation.

Our project management team will liaise with suppliers, your team and the delivery team to ensure that all the office furniture is delivered and installed correctly and on time.

Handover.

Our project management team will walk through the project with you and the delivery team to ensure any issues are flagged and dealt with as quickly as possible.

Aftercare.
